Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, but it's important to keep in mind some considerations about normal wear and tear and proper use to keep your gear in top condition.
What isn't covered by the warranty?
- Natural wear: This warranty does not cover expected wear and tear of the sole, cushioning, fabrics, grips, or any exterior materials that occur from regular and prolonged use of the product.
- Product lifespan: The durability of your sports product is directly related to how often it's used, the type of surface it's used on, and the intensity of the physical activity it's subjected to.
- Damage from extreme use: Activities involving intense friction, severe abrasion, or any use beyond the conditions for which the product was designed (such as rope sliding for footwear or improper use of equipment) can cause damage that is not covered by this warranty.
Recommendation:
To ensure optimal performance and prevent potential injuries, we recommend replacing your product when it shows signs of excessive wear or if you notice it no longer offers its original support and functionality.
