Main features of the new Nike Metcon 8 for women:

Reactivity: the Nike React foam of the "Metcon 7" remains, one of the favorite elements of athletes, as it provides a more comfortable, cushioned and reactive base, which makes them perfect to combine them in running exercises and high intensity exercises that require high impacts.
Reinforced mesh: the upper area of the Metcon 8 is divided into two zones, where the outer fabric has been improved with the incorporation of a mesh with reinforced overlays to provide more durability.
Lace lock: These Nike shoes are designed with a new thicker lace-locking Velcro for added security and stability during dynamic workouts.
Wear them on any surface: The Metcon 8 feature a rubber outsole that provides optimal support on all types of training surfaces.
Rope Climb: Compared to Nike's previous model, where the inner arch protection area extended all the way to the top and its main function was to provide reinforcement against abrasion during rope climbs, the Metcon 8 changes its design to achieve a lighter and more eye-catching finish, thus reducing lateral protection by half. The upper area has a lighter mesh reinforcement and where the METCON XL logo has been included.

Damage from extreme use: Activities involving intense friction, severe abrasion, or any use beyond the conditions for which the product was designed (such as rope sliding for footwear or improper use of equipment) can cause damage that is not covered by this warranty.

Recommendation:

To ensure optimal performance and prevent potential injuries, we recommend replacing your product when it shows signs of excessive wear or if you notice it no longer offers its original support and functionality.
